This X-ray image shows the earth as a line drawing in white. The view is looking
down at the top of the North Pole. There is a rainbow-colored blob at the
pole that is red in the center and changes from red to yellow to green to
aqua to dark blue as it radiates outward. The blob trails off at the top
of North America, around Greenland. This blob is an aurora.
